Rebecca Gongage

for making our Menagerie of Doorhuggers picture perfect!!

"It took my husband and I five years to conceive our son and we really wanted to make his room special. My husband grew up with extraordinary rooms painted by his father and he had the idea of doing the same for our boy. I have some artistic ability but I've never painted anything so large before. I felt a lot of pressure to get it just right and that's when my friend suggested I look into Elephants on Wall. I fell in love with your jungle animal patterns. My friend had saved her patterns that she never got around to painting and she let me have them to try it out.  It was amazing to me that she had the same patterns that I was looking to buy. I was hooked after the giraffe. I quickly moved on to the hippo with toucan and then purchased the elephant/leopard pattern to frame the door completely. It was so simple to do and the end result is amazing. I have gotten so many compliments.  People can't believe that I did it myself. It looks like a professional came in and did it for us. I found the whole experience relaxing and joyous to do during my pregnancy. It made me feel connected to the little one soon to be arriving. He is only two months old now, but I know he enjoys staring at his animal friends whenever we go into his room. They have helped to calm him down and make him smile."

Sea Treasures & The Buccaneer

"I absolutely love my elephants on the wall murals ! I think one of the best parts about the murals is that I am able to tell people I actually painted them myself. Another cool thing is when I originally painted my murals I used one set of colors to match my sons room decor, and later when I changed his bedding to another color I was able to paint over some of the mural with his new room colors. I even changed one of the pirates into a girl by adding pony tails."

The Hide 'n Seek-a-saurus

"The dinosaurs were a lot of fun to work with! For my son's room I chose fun fabric for custom window coverings and coordinated the painted dinosaurs to those fun bright colors. It was super easy to complete. It truly is as easy as tape, trace, and paint!"

 The Damask One Wall Mural

"This was the second Elephants on the Wall mural I have done. It had been awhile since the first so I was nervous all over again that I'd make a mistake... but it is so simple to do that you really can't make a mistake!"

"I did this silhouette mural as a wraparound to my master bath vanity at our Naples FL home.  My daughter helped me and it was a fun project.  Extremely easy to create and we all love the results!  People can't believe we painted it.  Thank you."

"This mural was chosen by my son when he was 4 years old and he loved it so much that when we moved, he insisted on having it in his new room. It makes his room feel "happy" as he says. So amazing."

Slytherin' Serpent

"We began this project with a renovation to our children's section by turning it into a castle. Every castle needs a dragon, and Elephants on the Wall provided the perfect solution! We only had one weekend to complete the mural so we began at 7:30 am on a Saturday by tracing out the pattern onto our surface. It was so easy with the provided carbon paper and everything lined up beautifully! After the pattern was down we just jumped in with both feet and started painting. There were two of us working on it so one of us did large areas and the other used little brushes for the details. After all of the sections were painted and dried we outlined the dragon with black marker to make him stand out and sprayed a clear coat on the entire mural. When all was said and done we left that night at about midnight. It was a long but productive day! The next day (with our husbands' help) we placed the mural (which is four feet tall and 7 feet long) in it's final resting place and the dragon now overlooks the upper level of Castle Reads-A-Lot here in the Fredonia Public Library in Fredonia, Kansas.  The patrons both young and old love the castle and the dragon. We are thinking about having a naming contest for him in the future, but for now he just stands guard. Thank you so much to Patti from Elephants on the Wall for getting it resized and for following up with us!  We would definitely recommend this product and would use is again in the future!"
