2018 Fall Photo Contest Winners
CONGRATULATIONS
Rebecca Andresen - Walnut, CA
"My husband and I were looking for something fun to decorate our sons nursery which we were doing in a dinosaur theme. I was looking on Pinterest one day and saw a photo of the dinosaur peeking around a window. I saved it to my board but just thought it was something that would be too hard to do. I kept seeing it on Pinterest and decided why not at least click and see. I ended up ordering it and could not of been happier. Not only was it a perfect size and fit for the wall I wanted it on but it was very easy to work with. The instructions were very clear and tracing it and painting it were so easy (which was nice because I was working on it at 7 months pregnant). I definitely will be looking into Elephants on the Wall next time I am decorating a room.
My friends and family love it and are very impressed! I actually had one friend who thought it was a sticker I had just put on the wall it looks that good!"

"My daughter loves soccer and pandas. I searched everywhere for a soccer ball decal and I couldn’t find one. Then I stumbled on this. It turned out so much better than I could have ever imagined."

"I had the mural covered for a month while I worked on it and when I surprised her she absolutely loved it :) . I have 3 more penguin items that I can paint from that icy escapades custom mural you made me but those will have to wait for another time! :)
I added a few touches:
1. Some white puffy/fuzzy cloud stickers in the sky.
2. A pinecone because one of her favorite books is about a penguin and pinecone becoming friends :)
3. I also changed some of the colors due to the color of her wall which is a light lavender "

Sometimes it's not about perfection, but about passion and fun.
So this year we are THRILLED to present
"The Budding Picasso Award" to:
Kendra Kennedy & the Girl Scouts Troop 698 Service Unit 2911 - Waterloo, IL
(We will be donating the price of the mural back to them to use as they see fit.)
"All Girl Scouts celebrate Juliette Low's birthday in October. Our troop threw a Birthday Bash for all the girls in our area. We picked the mural so all girls (age 5 to 18) could work together to create something. You can see that I traced it on paper and we painted it during a Girl Scout party. The little girls had a great time painting and the older girls had fun painting at the top and helping the younger girls. The event was a huge success and it was so cool to see the final creation. We didn't paint inside the lines or use the color key - but we had a blast. Thanks for supplying our inspiration!"
