Return Policy
All returned mural kits must have a Return Authorization Number clearly visible on outside of box. To get a Return Authorization Number call us at 1-626-794-1415 PST. Credit will not be provided without a return authorization number - no exceptions.

You may return any unused and undamaged mural kit within 30 days of purchase for refund or exchange. There will be a 15% restocking fee. There is no refund on shipping costs.

Partial refunds will be given to any opened and returned mural kit (kit includes mural, transfer paper and directions/color guide) that are in resalable condition - this will be at the discretion of Elephants on the Wall.

No refunds will be given for used mural kits, customization fees, resizing fees or custom murals. Return shipping charges will be returned at your expense.

We can only provide credit for those items that arrive safely at our office. We strongly recommend that you send returns with some form of insurance and tracking service.
